Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, with original packaging. An unboxing video is required for all return requests. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@starvacart.com or WhatsApp us at +18182780129. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we’ll provide during the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To process a replacement or exchange, an unboxing video is required.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Items without unboxing videos

  • Items not in original condition or missing packaging

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect — and only when an unboxing video is provided.
If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product or a suitable alternative if the original is out of stock.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within  24 hours of placement. Please email support@starvacart.com or WhatsApp us at +18182780129 to request cancellation.
After  24 hours , the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders). Please allow 8–15 business days for the refund to reflect.
